Thursday..attempt fail

I feel so bad and guilty of not getting on the treadmill..ahahaha..I just had tons of things to do at home..had to skip that part for today. Although, tomorrow is no excuse.

Breakfast
None...ahahahaha...really!!! because I'm engaged with so many things.
Lunch
None...ahahahahah...yeah really!!! coz I'm waiting for the potluck at 3

3pm
had 8 spoons of rice 1 spoon of beef/1 spoon of terung/ one piece of fish curry/ e few broccoli and cauliflower (my favorite veges) / 3 cups of orange juice and 2 cups of soya bean (ahahahaha...tooo thirsty...I know it's bad to drink too much after meal...this I cannot help it...the weather was humid and I'm sticky all over and the drinks was sooooo colddd!!

dinner
okay this is what I regret after
I had 8 spoons of rice / a spoon of beef intestine...yeah I eat this!! / and cauliflower with broccoli againnn :))
I think I can eat a whole bunch of broccoli :))
anyway...I had a great walk later after this at 1B...shopping for my groceries so I won't need to do that tomorrow.

tomorrow MUST run...chaiyo!!!

all out...

Woohoo!!


I decided, why not go public on my attempt of reaching my weight goal..yeahhh...Okay..feel free to criticize me..ehehehe...I would take in everything you say..though might not digest all of it.hehehe.


Monday
breakfast - one boiled egg, 3 piece of biscuits & a glass of grape juice.
(not a really healthy breakfast ei) - so busy with house chores...no helper..huhuh)
Lunch - skipped (hehe) terrr bah..no time
Dinner - small bowl of chicken & vegetable porridge and two piece of fried chicken 
Haiyah..not a good start for this week..and to make it worst..I didn't make it to the treadmill today. :(


Tuesday


Ran for 1500m - I read that if you exercise in the morning, it pumps up the metabolism for the whole day...so better workout in the morning.(no wonder I'm still sweating more than usual even hours after exercising)
breakfast - Had 1 boiled egg, a glass of apple juice, a piece of plain paratha
lunch - had 8 spoons of rice, lettuce with sardine, pieces of chicken with mushroom and half of a fish cake
a glass of grape juice
I ate roti Jon and a small donut during tea break -- eeyah 
dinner - same like my lunch without the lettuce and sardine --sad to see it go to waste baa..
Today is toooo bad..


Wednesday
ran for 1800m today.
had boiled egg, a piece of bread with salmon spread and a glass of apple juice
I just had 3 small cups of cold milo for morning break - no eating
MUUSSSTT NOTT EATT !!!! before lunch time.
be back later -after lunch


Yeah I'm back...and it's after Dinner..hehehe


I had 8 spoons of rice, half of a chick drumstick,1 small fried fish and beansprouts. had ice milo for drink...I have to have my milo ping...favourite...:) I ate 1 small roti piang for desert.


Dinner
hard to tell.. coz I was eating bones before my real meal. I love chicken bones. the white bones I mean. I would rather call it a casual dinner...had some fruits and bits of rice and chicken. 
Which reminds me the juiciness of the honey dew I had just now....yummm....
Maybe I should consider 'fruits only' of dinner...yes tomorrow had to buy fruits. :)

Keeping it up...

Okay then, I admit that doing the detox program for getting my ideal weight is sooo much tougher than I thought. I had to this for my own sake, for health reason and for self confidence. It seems funny that I'm surrounded by people who eats a lot but doesn't gain a lot. I now decided to do another option of getting 'there'....i used to weigh 60-65 kg...which is my ideal weight for my 5' 8' frame...

And for the boosting...I picked up a new routine...run at least 1500m a day.YES! I did that the whole week last week....believe me it does kick up my metabolism....sweating the hell out of me...even when I'm hours after running. besides, I'm keeping a small notepad in my bag just to keep track of what I'm eating and drink instead of giving in to my crave for foods (during no eating hours).


I realize this is much fun than doing the detox program..although I'm keeping that in my routine as a once a month Health Bonus. But to all of you reading this...I've just started last week...wish me the best for the days ahead!
